What makes a great website?

Someone recently asked me, “What makes a great website?” It was a loaded questions, but I still did my best answering it.

Objective! A great web design process is cyclical and is goal-oriented – idea/brainstorming, design and development, measure/analyze, learn, and then back to new ideas to meet your objectives. Don’t think of how website pages need to look or what content they need to feature, instead think about what goals and objectives you are looking to achieve with the website. The brochure website is long gone – engage by telling a story!
