This Wednesday I want to bring your attention to the site called Zillow.
Zillow provides free real estate information. It allows you to search homes for sale, home prices, home values, recently sold homes, mortgage rates, apartment rentals, and more.
For those of you who are currently looking to purchase a house or to rent an apartment, Zillow is a must to have tool. Even the people who have successfully purchased a house in the past wish that they could have used Zillow.
The website is very easy to use, considering the amount of info you are getting on that one listing page. It allows you to see other properties within the same area in which you are looking to buy or rent. Zillow offers photos of the listings, real estate listings, real estate agents info, public records, property estimates, calculators and even suggestions.
Overall, Zillow is a great real estate tool for a consumer looking to purchase/sell a house or to rent an apartment.
